
Gaja Enterprises Pty Ltd trading as Adarling Boudoir ("the Studio") and the Team Member ("the Team Member")
This Agreement outlines how we work together in a way that protects the Adarling brand, supports a premium client experience, and creates a respectful, aligned and high-performing team environment.
1. Engagement
1.1 The Team Member is engaged on a casual, as-needed basis.
1.2 This engagement is on a casual contract basis.
1.3 This Agreement does not create an employment, partnership or agency relationship.
2. Bookings, Commitments and Work Allocation
2.1 The Studio may offer shifts, events, sessions or administrative tasks in advance.
2.2 Once accepted, all bookings (including events, travel and sessions) are expected to be honoured.
2.3 Changes or reassignments will only occur by mutual agreement or where required.
3. Non-Compete and Industry Protection
3.1 During Engagement
While working with Adarling, the Team Member must not operate, assist in, or contribute to any competing boudoir or maternity-boudoir business.
3.2 After One Month of Work
Once the Team Member has worked with the Studio for a period of one (1) month, they agree to a thirty-six (36) month non-compete period commencing from their final shift with the Studio.
During this time, the Team Member must not:

The Team Member must not use names, branding or language that could be confused with Adarling, including similar wording or concepts.
4. Confidentiality
4.1 Client Information
The Team Member may have access to sensitive client information including names, contact details, addresses, personal notes and purchasing history.

5. Professional Conduct
5.1 The Team Member agrees to represent the Adarling brand with professionalism, warmth and care.
5.2 A positive, can-do attitude and respect for direction is expected.
5.3 All actions should support a premium, seamless and supportive client experience.
6. Equipment and Studio Property
6.1 Any Studio equipment must be handled with care and kept secure.
6.2 All items must be returned upon request or at the end of engagement.
7. Role Clarity and Boundaries
7.1 Client experience and privacy are a priority.
7.2 Sensitive information (including sales, pricing and client spend) must remain within appropriate roles and not be shared unnecessarily. Sales team members must not discuss sales details with photographers.
8. General Expectations
8.1 The Team Member agrees to act in good faith and in alignment with the Studio's standards.
8.2 Clear instructions are expected to be followed, with a proactive and solutions-focused approach.
9. Entire Agreement
9.1 This document represents the full understanding between both parties.
9.2 Any updates must be agreed to in writing.
